I received the Conair Corp foot bath as a Christmas gift. I had the opportunity to try it out today. Bubbles...yes / Heat...not even close. This is Conairs model FB5XW 11PS122983 (made in China of course). Wal-Mart item #4012427. My fiance is an electrical engineer so he took it out to his shop and opened it up to see what the problem was and why it wouldn't heat. Well, before too long, he came back in and advised me that it will never heat since there was no sign of any type of heating equipment installed...non whatsoever. I guess the Chinese don't have a word for "quality". Other than that it works okay. But if you want heated water you'll have to use pre-heated water because this unit just won't cut it. 35b27ab
